LA Butoh Session | Isaac Bekker

I hate it when I forget to check my manual settings. Mind you, these images were taken in the middle of LA’s sunniest day so clearly my settings were off. But as I looked at the first image, I was intrigued by the accidental darkness and felt compel to embrace the basic and unrefined quality of these moments. So, here they are 110% SOOC [straight out of the camera] with no cropping alteration, no color correction, no lighting enhancement and no editing whatsoever. I should preface it by saying that this doesn’t, in any way, mean that I won’t be retouching my images from now on ;). It’s simply an exercise to explore a new way of seeing.

Happy Thanksgiving to you & yours!
